A redu\u00e7\u00e3o do absente\u00edsmo n\u00e3o pode ser obtida com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es fundamentadas apenas em l\u00f3gica e intui\u00e7\u00e3o, mas atrav\u00e9s da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o correta de metodologia e ferramentas de controle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ter funcion\u00e1rios nem sempre significa t\u00ea-los trabalhando durante todos os momentos do hor\u00e1rio de trabalho. Essas aus\u00eancias s\u00e3o as faltas ou atrasos ao trabalho. O absente\u00edsmo \u00e9 a principal consequ\u00eancia. O oposto do absente\u00edsmo \u00e9 a presen\u00e7a. Esta relacionada com o tempo em que o funcion\u00e1rio est\u00e1 no trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O absente\u00edsmo ou ausentismo \u00e9 a frequ\u00eancia ou dura\u00e7\u00e3o de tempo de trabalho perdido quando os empregados n\u00e3o v\u00e3o ao trabalho.
